3. Self-Collection.
4. Delivery/Handling Charges Applicable especially for Oversea Deal.
5. Quotation in Singapore Dollars.
6. Not Responsible for Lost or Damage of Goods in Local or Oversea Delivery.
7. Insurance Cost if applicable at Buyer's account.
8. We Reserve the Rights to Cancel any deal w/o giving any reason.
9. If item 8 applies, Refund deducting any relevant admin fee will be made in a month.
